Appointments
To schedule an appointment please call our office (603 673-4102) or click here to Request an Appointment and complete the information form. Someone will call you back promptly (during regularly scheduled office hours).

The treatment room will be reserved for you at the time agreed upon. A courtesy reminder call will be made one to two days prior to your appointment. If, for some reason you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a charge.

Facilities and Equipment
Our friendly staff cares about your comfort and well-being.

• We use the latest low-dose digital x-rays
• We are trained in laser dentistry, an alternative to shots and drills
• We use state of the art sterilization equipment for our patients' safety
• All treatment is carefully explained through the use of an intraoral camera.
• We provide an interactive patient education system on CD-ROM.
• We also offer pillows, blankets and headphones

Financial and Insurance Information
Payment is expected at the time of service. In addition to cash and checks, we accept all major credit cards.

In addition, we accept most insurance plans, including Delta Dental, and will file your insurance paperwork for you. We will also help you determine how to best optimize your insurance plan. If you are a new patient or you know your information has recently changed, please bring your dental insurance card with you to your appointment.

For patients without dental insurance our office offers Care Credit, an excellent financing program. This program offers no interest payment plans up to 18 months and extended payment plans up to 48 months. Financing is subject to approval. Please ask for an informational brochure and application form when you visit.

Dr. Groves & Wife, Sally
Richard & Sally have been married for almost 37 years. They have worked together to build this practice and raise three children. The newest member of the family is Lily, a lab/hound mix rescued from Arkansas. Out of the office they love to spend time with their family, travel, golf & ski, and most recently research their family histories.

Charlene

Charlene joined our staff in the summer of 2010 with a vast amount of experience, most recently with the VA Hospital. She is an avid cello player and instructor and comes in every day with her instrument on her back. Charlene will greet you and make you comfortable as well as assist the doctor so that your visit goes smoothly.

Carol & Janelle

Carol has been on staff for almost 15 years. Our patients love her thorough but gentle touch. She is a devoted mom and never fails to get home to walk her two dogs every lunch.

Janelle, on the other hand, who came to us last summer, brings with her the newest hygiene techniques. Her friendly smile never fails to put her patients at ease.
